U-Flex is a high-performance engineered ceiling system specially designed for data centers, pharmaceuticals, healthcare facilities, and other cleanroom environments. It provides a flexible, structural platform to suspend services such as cable trays, partitions, containment barriers, and equipment, without penetrating the ceiling tiles. Made from specially treated structural aluminum alloy and corrosion-resistant components, the system minimizes risks like zinc whiskers, ensuring safety and durability. Its pre-engineered modular design allows for quick installation and easy reconfiguration to suit future requirements. The continuous threaded slot enables seamless mounting of utilities including lighting, sensors, cable trays, CCTV, and firefighting systems at any location. Supporting up to 400kg per grid point, U-Flex comes in multiple grid size options such as 600x600mm, 600x1200mm, and 1200x1200mm. This solution replaces traditional on-site built supports like Unistrut/C-strut, significantly reducing construction time and operational costs. U-Flex is the ideal ceiling solution for scalable, efficient, and clean overhead infrastructure management in critical environments.
